To be able to forward your file or files to the Burt, Blee Dixon, Sutton & Bloom firm, I need your permission. A signed consent form allows me to do that. After communicating with you requesting your consent, if I haven't heard from you within ninety (90) days, either through your consent or your asking to pick up your file, our Professional Rules of Conduct state "that it is presumed that you have consented" to my placing the file(s) with the Burt, Blee Dixon, Sutton & Bloom firm
It will make a much smoother transition and be much easier for me and for the Burt, Blee, Dixon, Sutton & Bloom law firm if you would consent at an early date. You are welcome, however, to pick up your files from my office by the 23rd of December, if you would rather. Note that this file won't especially be helpful to you, as in almost every case you have you have everything I have in my file. It will, however, be helpful for the Burt, Blee Dixon, Sutton & Bloom firm to quickly review what we've done together, to be able to help with future questions or needs.
I will continue to be available for on a limited basis to handle estate administration matters for clients and friends. I believe my website has a lot of very good and valuable information in many different areas of the law as that can give a client information in the area of their problem, which can help them make more of their meeting with attorneys in the future.
