CORPORATE MATTERS
Whitmore & Associates assist businesses in day to day operational matters including; general employment matters, discrimination allegations, termination of employees, review of contract documents especially proposals or contract terms used by clients in the sale of goods or services, employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, the purchase of commercial real estate, building disputes and in many other areas.
This office takes pride in our personal attention to every matter, making ourselves available at anytime for our client’s needs, a thorough review of client problems and thoughtful and beneficial solutions appropriate to the client. One size does not fit at all.
After we have a chance to get to know our new clients and how they like things accomplished, much is completed over the phone, by fax and email, to save the client the time of continued meetings. We make ourselves available for meetings in client’s offices when they prefer.
